Nurturing Wellness: Recent Workshops at Women’s Healing Sanctuary
We are grateful for the opportunity to host transformative wellness activities that support personal growth and healing for women at Women’s Healing Sanctuary. Recently, we welcomed two impactful workshops: Beyond Boundaries and Finding Balance Yoga. These events provided participants with valuable tools and experiences for self-discovery and well-being.
Beyond Boundaries: Empowering Growth
Beyond Boundaries was led by Aarti Chidambaram from Discovery to Recovery, focused on essential aspects of personal development:
- Setting Healthy Boundaries:Â Participants learned strategies for establishing and maintaining boundaries in their relationships, which is vital for emotional health.
- Healing from Betrayal:Â The workshop created a supportive environment for women to process past betrayals and work toward rebuilding trust.

Finding Balance Yoga: Mind-Body Connection
The Finding Balance Yoga workshop presented by A-J Peterson from Physiotherapy Yoga, offered participants a chance to reconnect with themselves through yoga practices aimed at promoting overall wellness:
