Wellness Sessions

Guided Meditation and Reflection with Fiona from YOUtopia WELLbeing

Experience a transformative facilitated meditation session designed to help you reconnect with YOU, letting go of self-imposed and perceived expectations while fostering clarity and self-awareness.  With reflection, you will explore what it feels like to remember who you are separate to all the roles you play.  Take this time to nurture your inner self, learn simple meditation skills and embrace a sense of peace, purpose, and empowerment.

Guided Art Session with Tina Summers Art Studio

A self-expressive healing journey led by local artist Tina Summers; this session provides a safe, supportive environment to discover what the ‘self’ wants to express through creative play. Participants will use art materials to reconnect with their inner self and listen to the wisdom from within. No prior art experience necessary – just an open heart and willingness to connect with your inner self.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Immersion with Simmone from SimShakti Yoga

Experience a profound healing journey combining gentle restorative yoga with transformative sound healing. Simmone will guide participants through gentle yoga poses while immersive sound frequencies create a deeply relaxing environment. This powerful combination helps reduce stress, synchronise brain waves, and promote holistic healing – supporting physical relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.

Weekend Reflection session with Janine

We will close out this incredible weekend of wellness by taking a moment to pause and reflect with Janine, our Live-In Manager. This session will transform individual experiences into collective wisdom, ensuring the self-care insights gained from our weekend continue to inspire, and leave you with renewed clarity and purpose.

Optional Reiki or Massage

Across the weekend, you may choose to book into personalised treatments to deepen your rest and self-care.

Accommodation & Meals

Our retreat accommodation offers privacy, security and a beautiful outlook over tranquil grounds with a maximum of seven guests at any time.

Meals, linen, towels, and other essentials are provided. You only need to bring YOU (and anything extra you may require for your own needs and comfort).

Dining options: meals can be enjoyed in the community with other guests and our manager.  However, if you prefer to be alone you are welcome to take your meal to your room or enjoy one of our outdoor settings on the terrace or the pool deck.

Each room has tea/coffee-making facilities and WIFI.  Private and shared bathroom facilities are available, and guests are welcome to relax in the bubble bath in the main bathroom.
