Event Overview

A transformational retreat for women ready to grow and reconnect with who they truly are.

Somewhere along the way, many women lose touch with themselves.

Between responsibilities, relationships, expectations, caregiving, careers, and simply trying to keep up with life, the woman underneath it all can begin to fade into the background. You may look like you have it all together, yet quietly feel disconnected, overwhelmed, uncertain, or no longer sure who you are beyond the roles you play.  Often putting yourself last, you may have forgotten what lights you up and what you need to come back into alignment.

Returning to Self is an invitation to pause… breathe… and come home to yourself, guilt-free.

This retreat is a deeply supportive and transformational experience designed for women who are craving something more meaningful, more aligned, and more authentic. Be ready for guided self-discovery, honest conversations, reflection, connection, movement, fun and restorative experiences, to help gently peel back the layers of conditioning, pressure, and expectation to rediscover the woman within.  Incorporating mind, breath, and body this retreat offers a wholistic experience.

Surrounded by like-minded women in a safe and nurturing space, you will feel seen, heard, supported, and inspired as you reconnect with your truth and create new space for the life you truly want to live.

About the Facilitators

Fiona Brown is a transformational coach, facilitator, speaker, best-selling author and wellbeing practitioner with over 35 years of experience supporting people through growth, healing, and life transitions. With a background in nursing, coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, energy healing, lifestyle medicine, and personal development, she brings a rare depth of wisdom, compassion, and practical insight to her work.

As the founder of YOUtopia WELLbeing, Fiona creates powerful spaces where women feel safe to reconnect with themselves, rediscover their voice, and create meaningful change from the inside out. Her facilitation style is warm, intuitive, authentic, and deeply engaging, blending evidence-based approaches and tools with lived experience and heartfelt connection.

Meg Sabovic is a yoga, movement, fascia, and nervous system specialist.  A teacher and author with a heart-led passion for helping women reconnect with their bodies from the inside out.  Through online and in-person experiences, she guides women back to themselves using somatic movement, breathwork, and fascia release to create healing, mental clarity, less tension, and a body and mind that can truly thrive.

With over 20 years in the wellness industry, Meg’s work is deeply shaped by her own journey through decades of disordered eating, mental health struggles, striving, and never feeling enough. Her turning point came through understanding the nervous system and learning to see her body not as something to battle, but something to nurture, honour, and trust.

Meg supports women to move beyond pressure and self-judgement and instead build a deeper connection with themselves, creating more ease, gratitude, self-awareness, and a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.


Weekend Itinerary

Friday

  • 4.00pm Check in
  • 5.00pm Getting to Know You: Welcome and conversation
  • 6.00pm Dinner

Saturday

  • Morning Breakfast at leisure
  • 10.00am Morning session with Fiona: Present You. Embracing perfectly imperfect, silver linings and gold learnings.
  • 12.00pm Lunch
  • 1:30pm Movement session with Meg: Holistic You. The connection between our body, mind, and nervous system.
  • 4.00pm Afternoon session with Fiona: Expansive You. Healthy, sustainable growth, possibility, and creativity.
  • 6.00pm  Dinner
  • Evening at leisure

Sunday

  • Morning Breakfast at leisure
  • 10.00am Morning session with Fiona: Future You. Living with meaning and purpose.  Choosing your path and gathering your resources.
  • 12.00pm Check out.

Accommodation & Meals

Your retreat package includes:

  • Two nights’ accommodation in a private room
  • All meals, snacks, and refreshments supplied throughout your stay
  • Fresh linen, towels, tea/coffee facilities
  • Access to tranquil gardens, pool areas, and quiet outdoor spaces

Meals can be enjoyed communally, in your room, or outdoors, depending on what feels most restful and supportive to you.
