  (ii) the repair of such goods;
  (iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
  (iv) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
• if the breach relates to services:
  (i) the supply of the services, again; or
  (ii) the payment of the costs of having the services supplied again.

To the extent permitted by law, Women’s Healing Sanctuary excludes all liability to a user of this website for consequential or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with this website, including, without limitation, revenue lost, profits, lost business opportunities, liabilities to third parties and business interruption costs, even if Women’s Healing Sanctuary knew that such damages were possible or if they were foreseeable.

To the extent permitted by law, Women’s Healing Sanctuary excludes all liability to a website user in negligence for acts or omissions of Women’s Healing Sanctuary, its employees, agents and contractors arising out of or in connection with this website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NSW. In the event of a dispute, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

Women’s Healing Sanctuary does not represent or warrant that this website and any other information or material contained in, downloaded or accessible from this website, is free from computer viruses (including macro viruses) or any other defect or error which may affect your software or systems.

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All booking enquiries are subject to availability. We endeavour to respond to enquiries within 24 hours and do our best to accommodate your requirements. A minimum 2-night stay applies to all bookings.

We understand that sometimes plans change and life brings the unexpected. To ensure fairness and allow us to continue providing our services, the following cancellation policy applies:

• A minimum 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Payment in full is required 28 days prior to your stay.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked retreat or program are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a refund, however an administration fee may apply.
• We will always consider exceptional circumstances with compassion and care.

We lovingly prepare nourishing meals to support your rest and healing during your stay. If you have specific dietary requirements, please be aware that a small surcharge of $10 per night, per person applies.

This includes needs such as gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, or any individual allergies that require our cook to prepare separate or specialised meals.

If this applies to you, we invite you to let us know in advance so we can care for you thoughtfully and ensure your needs are met with kindness and attention.

• A refundable bond of $100 is applicable to all sponsored Angel Stays.
• The bond is non-refundable with cancellations made within 7 days of the stay.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a bond refund, however an administration fee may apply.
• We will always consider exceptional circumstances with compassion and care.

1. Women’s Healing Sanctuary may run prize giveaways from time to time.
2. Entry requirements and prize details will be published with each giveaway.
3. Winners are chosen at random and will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry.
4. Where a prize includes a gift voucher, the voucher’s own terms and conditions also apply.
5. By entering a giveaway, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Women’s Healing Sanctuary. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6. A prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (unless otherwise stated).
7. Discount vouchers, discounted gift cards, prize vouchers and past-guest discounts not valid for workshop weekends. Valid for personal retreats only.
8. Women’s Healing Sanctuary reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel a giveaway at its discretion where necessary.

Early Bird Special – $100 Off 2026 Retreat Weekends

1. The $100 Off Early Bird promotion applies to eligible 2026 retreat weekends listed on the Women’s Healing Sanctuary website.
2. To receive the discount, bookings must be made on or before 15 January 2026.
3. The discount applies to one booking per retreat weekend and is deducted from the standard retreat fee.
4. The offer is valid for the following 2026 programs (or as updated on the website): Nuture You Weekend, Women's Wellness Weekends, Grief Retreats, Passage To Power. Excludes Boundaries & Beyond.
5. The offer applies only to workshop and retreat weekends, not personal retreats, private stays, day programs, or accommodation-only bookings.
6. The discount is not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be applied retrospectively to past bookings.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, credit, or promotional offer.
8. Standard booking policies apply, including deposit, payment schedule, cancellation, and rescheduling terms.
9. Women’s Healing Sanctuary reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.

 Bring A Friend Half Price – December & January 2026 Personal Retreats

1. The Bring a Friend Half Price offer applies only to personal retreat bookings made for stays occurring between 23 November 2025 and 23 January 2026, subject to availability.
2. The offer provides 50% off the second guest’s retreat fee when two guests book the same stay and the same dates.
3. The half-price discount applies to the room of the same or lesser value when different room types or pricing tiers are selected.
4. Both guests must be booked under the same reservation and must stay for the same duration.
5. The offer applies to personal retreat stays only and does not apply to workshops, facilitated programs, group retreats or events.
6. The offer includes the standard personal retreat package (accommodation and meals) as outlined on the website.
7. This promotion is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, credit, or promotional offer.
8. Dates are subject to availability and may book out during peak periods.
9. Standard booking policies apply, including deposit, payment schedule, cancellation, and rescheduling terms.
